Long-Term Running Goals:
Run until I can't walk anymore.
Full time engineer, mom and wife. Can't get enough of the outdoors with my family- hiking, hunting, fishing, biking, running, skiing, snowshoeing- anything outside!
3.5 mile wu. 4 at 7:15 pace, 1 mile easy with a friend. 5 at 7:10 pace 2 at 7:05, last mile at 7:00, cool down
1-hr lifting class
easy 10. calves are a little tight from yesterday.
2 sets of 4x30m, 4x50m, 4x60m at 100% then half set (2x30m, 2x50m, 2x60m)
Something new to work on speed and form. Felt really fast, but that could have been the rain and wind in my face....
only time for easy 8 at lunch. Could have stayed out there all day!

8 at lunch on a great day. 3 x 10 minute at 6:452 min jog between. Second was over the cc course so it was about 6:55 pace, but same effort. Last one felt really good.
