| 2.5 warm up. 4 mile tempo at 7:00. first one in a while so kept it short and sweet. Felt pretty good- legs were a little heavy at first and there were some icy and slushy patches, but I didn't go down so that's a win!

| Warmer temps make for lots of slush. But the paths are clearing up so I could acutally have a nice pace the entire run...

| sloppy out today. Rain and melting snow- I was soaked by the time I got back to work. 10 hill sprints on the only place I could find.

| Dangerous out today. Ice patches all over, but I managed to stay upright...
Walked outside to take Luca and a blizzard had hit. Toughed it out for 2.5 and then shoveled a layer of snow when we got home.

| Took girls to the gym so I could get a workout in. Mini-tempo. Half mile wu, 2 miles 6:58, last half mile at 6:35, then hit the stair master for 17 minutes. Ans of course, swimming for an hour to appease the girls.

| Excellent day! 3 mile wu, 5 mile tempo at MP (I didn't have my watch so I had to sing my marathon pace song over and over in my head....). Legs felt good. Finally made to the running store for new shoes- another pair of Boosts!
