3 mile warmup. Ladder- 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4min, 5 min, 4min, 3min, 2min, 1min with half time rest between. on cc course, 5k pace (or effort).
Speed felt good, but my energy level was all messed up. Lightheaded. Think I needed a few more carbs before I went out.
