half mile warm up (probably not enough)
small little 5- mile race to get some action in my legs.
half mile on pavement, then gravel road with a couple rollers. Head wind both ways...of course...
Wanted to run a little faster (6:30-6:35), but I think on the course my times were about where I need to be. Felt relaxed the whole race, and had a lot left in the tank... (6:31, 6:43,6:44,6:49,6:32)
