Needed a good tempo run so decided to run this and see how I felt/ ran. First two miles felt pretty good- I could feel the last mile.  Had a big day of running and chores the day before so I was hoping to be aroun 20:30. Course was a little short (2.9)  so figure would have been about 20:30 for the full 3.1. Happy with race-plus won a new pair of race shoes! Right in time!!

Cooled down for 1.5.

3 miles on an adventure with the girls trying to bike out to the garden... had to push the little one for about 1.5 miles.... it was a lot of work!!!

Great job! I hadn't even heard about the rigby stampede 5k until I read this. Guess I need to become better versed in local races.
