| Hot race (again). ankle was a little tight and wasn't mentally checked in today.
Started conservative and took it easy on more places than I wanted to. Last 10k are miserable- hot, no cover, uphill.

Needed a good tempo run so decided to run this and see how I felt/ ran. First two miles felt pretty good- I could feel the last mile. Had a big day of running and chores the day before so I was hoping to be aroun 20:30. Course was a little short (2.9) so figure would have been about 20:30 for the full 3.1. Happy with race-plus won a new pair of race shoes! Right in time!!
Cooled down for 1.5.
3 miles on an adventure with the girls trying to bike out to the garden... had to push the little one for about 1.5 miles.... it was a lot of work!!!
