Full time engineer, mom and wife. Can't get enough of the outdoors with my family- hiking, hunting, fishing, biking, running, skiing, snowshoeing- anything outside!

4.5 at the track after 3 hours of baseball coaching and practice. 8 x 200s at MP to see how the legs and shin felt. Felt ok. Was pretty hot and tired from baseball...
7.5 at lunch. Legs felt good from yesterday. shin just a little tender, but good overall.
picked up the pace the last few miles and my legs felt good.
