3.1 race. Dinner last night at the inlaws made me feel super heavy and unmotivated. I wasn't really in race mode... think I was just worn out from the last few weeks of work and life....

Ran better than I thought I would- comfortable the entire way. Not as fast as I would like, but I am not really a 5ker so....

Ran 4.4 home.

4th of July Parade

Hiking with the fam. went 4 miles with some pretty good elevation gain. Packed the little one for about a mile total in spurts. Ran where we could (not much with all the loose rocks)

BBQ and some fireworks and another late night....
