Star Valley Half. CR was 1:30 so my goal was to break the CR. Felt srong, no gu on the course so I did it without fuel (forgot to grab one in IF).  Bunch of young girls went out really fast- first few miles are pretty good downhill then flat/slight downhill the rest of the course. Picked all the young girls off at about 5miles when the course flattened out.

Two college girls were in front of me and we were all going about the same pace. I was slowly gainining on them, but not enough distance to catch them. They finished about 200 yds in front of me. Broke the CR.

Went to the lake and skied for the rest of the day. Legs were feeling it yesterday.

New Balance Race Miles: 13.10
