Decided to do a tri. Haven't raced one in 3 years, haven't ridden my bike in months, and haven't swam in a year or two...

Decided to do the sprint distance. Swim was 1 mile- came out 20 seconds behind the first girl. OK transition. Horribly slow bike, OK transition, great run.

I am so terrible at biking... off the bike in 4th place. Easily picked off the girl in front of me, but couldn't catch the other two. Sprint is not enough run time for me. Didn't realize I was only 30 seconds behind 2nd place or I would have picked it up...
