Ran the uphill portion of 13.1. Figured after the marathon last week I would have a friend spilt the course with me.
Legs were fatigued, but I managed to make it to the top first for Queen of the Hill.
Road race season is pretty much over with now. 50k toward the end of Oct and a few fun runs (Halloween, Turkey, Xmas....) and cyclocross races are all that is left.
I am excited to back off of workouts and bump up my base miles again. Just a few months of easy 70-80 miles/week and start thinking about my goals for next season....
