Moderate workout today. Just to keep the legs from forgetting about speed... Nothing fast 4 x 10 min on/ 2 min off. On at 6:50 pace off 8:30. Legs felt good. Ran the first 1.25 miles with a new runner at 9 min pace and OA pace was at 7:28 so not too shabby. The trail for the Turkey Trot is going to be slippery under the trees!
