| Fun 5k this morning.
No one to push me in the women field and some high school xc boy was cutting me off and pinning me to the corner and not letting me pass. When I finally passed him he stayed on my tail and sprinted past the last 100m. Gave me a little chuckle....

| Roughest run in a long time. My munchkin wanted to come so I pushed her. Wind was pretty rough on the way out, but on the way back...I could barely push the stroller in the 35mph wind.... worked my tail off to get her home...
2 on the TM at a 6:50 pace...then swimming...

| Woke up at 1:30am with a sick baby. Throwing up all night.. hubby out of town...furnance not working so house was about 55F. No work today. When the babe was feeling better I did mange to push her for 5 miles in the 7F weather.... plus bike and abs.glutes before bed...

| Shoes are really toast. They started to bother my left PF last week, but I haven't had time to go buy a new pair. Forgot to bring my home pair into work, but figured I coule get through one more run.... barely made it back. My PF started to really bite at mile 5 and the next 5 back to work were really rough. I was hobbling by mile 2 and almost in tears when I got back to the office- my foot was balled up and really painful. I rolled it, iced it and rolled it again. Supposed to do a xmas light run tonight...

| decided to throw on some snowshoes for a workout. Ended up running 4 miles with them in nice powder. Felt pretty good on my foot- still tender, but didn't have to change my gait and was able to be outside and heart rate up!

| 2 loops on the cc course in my snowshoes. good way to redline the whole run. Foot felt ok, but ran 1 mile without them and my gaite was all messed up. Not sure if my legs were just adjusting to being out of snowshoes or the snowy path, but it was not as good as I was hoping for....
