2 mile w. 2x 3 mile at 10k pace with 400m (2.5 minute) recovery job between. Windy out but I nailed the workout. 6:44, 6:31, 6:31, 6:33, 6:33, 6:35 (last 3 with a head wind). My legs were tired by the last set- probably still a little residual from the race.
