2 mile wu. 3 x 2 miles at 10k pace, 2 min off. Originally wanted to shoot for 6:30s, but still not 100% and either being sick or meds made my legs achy so I did 6:35s instead. splits: 6:37, 6:34, 6:37, 6:36, 6:30, 6:36
First couple of miles I am still a little light headed and then it goes away. Other than the tight/achy legs I felt really comfortable and strong. Should be ready for Scout Mt next weekend.
