3 mile wu. 5.4 mile tempo at HMP (6:40) all splits +-2 seconds from 6:40. Slept horribly last night and woke up with a sore throat. Treating it with cough drops and tea/hot water. Didn't feel 100% running, but decided to do the workout anyway. We'll see if that was a good idea or not tomorrow.
Need to stay healthy for the big 0-6 birthday party this weekend!!
Did a new Nike Training Center ab workout last night and one of the moves may have made my lower back tight. The bridge/back bend during my mini-yoga session (also NTC) could also be the culprit... I should know better than to do a back bend... not the bendy 10-yr old I use to be :)
