First 50 miler!!! Probably the best course for my first 50 miler. Not too many up and downs so my legs did not get trashed. Hotttest ray day on record.  Temps started at 50F and reached 74F

First 20 miles are climbing and dropping- few good pulls, but nothing over the top. Ran everything.

About 20 miles of flat single track- no cover, next to buffalo, hot!

Did a pretty good job at fueling. took 2.5 GUs (3rd one almost made me throwup so I couldn't take the whole thing), few potatoes, lots of electrolyte pills, oranges and a little bit of Heed.

Feel pretty good after. Knee is sore, but legs aren't too trashed.
