1 mile relay to kick off the day- used it for my warmup. 6:11/mile
5 mile run. Ran as a tempo run for the half this week. Race started late so we were running at 10am and it was toasty. Think some people cut about half a mile off of the course so the results have a guy beating me and a woman on my heels, but no one was around me at all...
Finished the day running the kids fun run with my kids and about 13 others (ages 4-11) from our soccer and baseball teams. It was a blast watching most of them complete their first race and the littles ran the entire way!!
