| Hubby and I went for 7, then he went home and I went for another 8. I stepped off of the path and tweaked the high outside ankle/shin. I was planning on going out for another 3 after the girls were in bed, but decided not to. Heading to sunny California early Thursday morning with the girls to visit family. Really excited about the 70+ temps, but not sure if I will be able to fit any runs in. Trying to get 50-60 miles before I head out.

| 8.5 around the river and then headed over to cc course for a loop. Grass felt nice, but every foot roll fired up my ankle tweak. Icing now.

| 3 miles this morning with Luca.
11 miles at lunch. Warm up around the river then headed to the cc course for intervals. 4 x 10 minutes at 6:40 pace 2 minute recovery. Felt reallly strong- even up the hills. Really happy about my fitness and strength right now. Excited to start training for racing this summer, already have about 20 races on the schedule!!
