great day for 10. 10 x 100m strides.

Track for Boise Betties. 6-yr old wanted to go so she could run with the head girl. She ended up running about 3 miles and raced the girl every time she came around the track- it was pretty funny to watch.

Workout 1 min on, 5 min regular pace

2 min on, 6 off

3 min on, 3 off

4 on, 2 off

5 on 1 off
