Run until I can't walk anymore.
Full time engineer, mom and wife. Can't get enough of the outdoors with my family- hiking, hunting, fishing, biking, running, skiing, snowshoeing- anything outside!
10 after a weekend of winter! 6 miles in ankle-calve deep snow.... legs are tired..
3 in the morning with Luca.
Day 1 of marathon training.
Lunch: 15 minute warmup 3 x 10 min at MP -10 sec (6:45), 3 min recovery jog between. First 2 into a nice head wind, last one with the wind. 6:54, 6:52, 6:47
Felt pretty good- recovered quickly.
Uptempo (about 7:25) 10 miles.
Nice day. 4 x 20 seconds sprints at the end.
