| Spitfire Trail 25k. Lots of climbing and descending. Not sure how my legs would feel after the 50 miler, but they felt really strong. 3 girls came over from Wyoming that were really good competition. We all stayed pretty close- but space between me and two of them on the climbs. Couldn't catch one, but ran well and came in 3rd overall.
Family hike after. About 2 miles with some big climbs! Carried the 5-yr old for a while- ouch! Pad on right foot has a crack in it that was screaming the whole time!!!
