Not too chilly out
Felt good going into the race and my legs felt strong, but for some reason I just couldn't hit 6:40s. First 3-4 mile were 6:40s then dropped to 6:50-7:00 and couldn't shift back down. Don't know why- legs felt good, wasn't tired, last race 3 weeks ago I felt really good...
There was a slight climb all the way to the Village finish line, but nothing big. My dad was my support crew since they are a cupless event and I didn't feel like stopping every 2 miles or carrying water.
I ended up 1st female OA and 3rd OA (by about 30 seconds), but my time was just so slooooowwwww. Oh well, thinking about the full there next year....
