Run until I can't walk anymore.
Full time engineer, mom and wife. Can't get enough of the outdoors with my family- hiking, hunting, fishing, biking, running, skiing, snowshoeing- anything outside!
7.5 miles at medium pace with Luca. 10 x 25yd hill sprints at the end.
10 miles medium pace (7:15) with 8 x 1 min hills intervals at 5k effort (on the squishy wet grass through the sprinklers) One more good workout this week then tapper for 13.1 this weekend.
