1 mile wu. 3 mile Race for the Cure. 1 mile cool down
Was planning on taking it easier than I did. RAn with a friend for the first 2.5 of the race then my stomach started to act up so I slowed down. Ran a 19:38 for 3 mile even. not too bad for a full week, and a killer hill and lifting day the day before.... Other thatn my stomach, felt good throuhout the race. Chatted with my friend as we picked people off... 2nd place female.
