One river loop and two cc laps.
I have been breaking out my bike at night and hitting the trainer for about 30 minutes and doing my ab/arm workout after. Started a little sluggish, but warmed up after about 2 miles. Plus I sprinted on my mt. bike with Luca up and down the street for about 20 minutes (husband is on a hunting trip for a week so I have to be creative to wear her down while at home...)
