Signed up for Up in the Air 6 hr hill climb in early Feb in SLC mountains.... start working on my glutes!

5k with the family (really 3.78 miles...)

both girls 8 and 5 ran the entire way. 9:30s for the 8 yr old. 11:45s for the 5 yr old. Pretty impressive!

finsihed off the day with another 6.5 miles. And then 15 minutes of running stairs in our house to work off some pie...
