1 river loop, 1 cc course loops. Legs were a little tired from strength training last night...

planning on 3 miles with Luca then ran into some dogs that wouldn't leave us alone so we ran back to grab my phone and call their owner. Spent 45 minutes tracking down the owner and running the dogs back. One was a pit (which is never fun to see late at night) who was nice and the other was a heeler mix and was ok. Both were males and all over Luca- poor girl. The owners wouldn't even grab the heeler cause they were afraid he would nip at them...sersiously people...
