2 mile wu. 8 x 2 min on, 2 min off at 6:10 pace. Legs felt really good for the first 6, then when I turned into the wind- the resistance was a little much for my legs and they could only hold 6:30 pace. But I finished the last few miles stong and ended with 7:20 AP. Still a little fatigue from the race, but that's expected.
