2 mile wu. 8 x 800 at 10k pace (6:30). I wanted to do 5k pace, but my legs were too sluggish and after 1 I knew I wouldn't be able to do it for more. The last 4 felt better than the first 4. Cool down 2 miles at MP (7:05).
Shoes are done. Need a new pair (and I just bought 2 brand new pairs!) Geesh!
