Great day for 10. I have been doing strength training 3-4 times a week now that racing is over. For some reason every time I try to add squats and lunges into my routine, my kneew start to hurt during running. I am super carefeul about form so I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I tried some last night and my knees started hurting during my run today. Better just stick to hills to work my glutes...
