Woke up to some snow on the ground and a little wind in the air. Intervals on the cc course today. 3 x 10 min at 1/2M effort (no use watching pace through the snow, wind and hills) with 2 min recovery between. Then 2 x 5 min at 10k effort. Another killer workout. Need to stop biking the day before b/c my legs need that extra power to finish strong.
