Loop around the river then headed to the cc course for some intervals. 3 x 10 minutes intervals at 6:40 pace with 2 minute recovery jog between. I was hoping for 4, but my legs just didn't have it in them today (maybe due to hill charges or extra time on my bike yesterday....) and since it is super early in the year- no need to push anything.
Took Luca for 3 before bed. She needed about 15, but we didn't have time :)
