3 mile warmup around the river then hit the cc course for a 6 mile tempo. Kept the pace at 7:00- about MP. Even through all the hills and curves, I maintained my pace on each mile.

That soft grass and hills are a killer workout- about 10x harder than a tempo on pavement. A month of the cc course and my legs are going to be machines!
Took Luca out for 2.5- short, but I let her run off leash through the school.
