Heading home so got a run in before I had to fly all day. 2 mile wu then 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 with half time rest between. Run at 3k-5k-10k-half-full-hlaf-10k-5k-3k pace.
Finished with some exploring on a nature path. Felt strong. Ran under 2 bald eagles sitting on a light pole, plus 4 others flying overhead.
