Killer K workout! 2 mile wu. 8 at medium pace (7:30). 6 x 1k on at HM pace (6:35-6:40) 1 k off.
Felt strong through the 1ks, but I needed fuel. I was gulping water at the few spots I coud find and only took one gel so by the end my stomach was just full of water and no electolytes.
