5 miles moderate into the wind. 5 x 1k at 6:30 pace with 0.38 mile slightly less than moderate recovery. (easier to keep track when 1 interval is 1 mile total...) Felt much better than I thought it would, thought I might still be tired/fatigued from Saturday race. Hot and dry out- need more water stops....
My new shoe (L) has a fold in the inner material and it made a nice burn/blister on the side of my foot.
