Full time engineer, mom and wife. Can't get enough of the outdoors with my family- hiking, hunting, fishing, biking, running, skiing, snowshoeing- anything outside!
Rest after the race. Legs feel better than have in the past few years after this race. It can be brutal!
Family walk, soccer, baseball- awesome Sunday!
Easy 10 on a windy day. Legs felt pretty good- not too sore.

Wet, cold run! Dripping wet by the time I got back...
warmup and run with pregnant friend- then 6 miles tempo at MP (7:05). Felt pretty good- except the wind and hail I had to fight through....
