3 x 2 mile at 6:45 pace. Leg a little tender so didn't feel like I had full power.
Played in a women's soccer league tonight. Lots of sprinting. Didn't wear cleats and was sliding in the wet grass. Both groins are sore. got nailed in the chest/hand with a kick so have a big black bruise on my hand. Peobably should wait until after the marathon until Iplay again....
