| 2.5 mile wu (it was toasty today!!) 4 x 1 mile at 5k pace with 400m jog between. (6:10, 6:14, 6:15, 6:16) slight head wind for the last two and I was toasty and had no water.....last one was pretty miserable... I was ready to jump into the canal...
