half mile warm up. Just a fun race- legs were suped heavy from mileage this week. But ran fine for the week.
Ran kids mile with both girls. 8 yr old ran a 7:10 mile and 5yr old ran an 8:50 mile. Super proud of them for runnning so hard just a week after the 4 mile turkey trot. They are tough monsters! Pretty soon they are going to be leaving me in the dust...
