relay with the hubs. We were originally going to run 20- miles legs, but the heat was going to be an issue so we changed it up. Ran first 5- mile leg then hubby took the hill. The plan was to each do 15, but about half way into my second leg, my side cramped up. I think it was from the bagel, gu, and poweraid I downed between legs. So then we switched the plan to alternating 5- mile legs. I hit MP for all but the second leg and felt really good at the end. So now time to taper for Missoula!! |
