5 with Luca. 7 with 8x 3 min on 1 min off at 6:55 pace. Felt pretty good. Directly to weight lifitng class. Quads too sore for squatting or lunging much. focused more on upper body and abs. Felt pretty good. Additional hips and abs at home.
